At Sri Baba Handlooms, we take great care to deliver the finest quality silk and silk cotton sarees.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on sarees once they are sold.
As our products are handcrafted and delicately woven, all sales are considered final.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a saree that is damaged or defective, we request you to contact us within
24 hours of receiving the product.
- Clear images or videos of the damaged product must be shared for verification.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, washing, or wear will not be eligible for replacement.
3. Replacement Policy
Upon successful verification of the damage or defect, Sri Baba Handlooms will arrange for a replacement
of the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We only provide replacements for eligible cases.
4. Non-Refundable Items
All sarees sold on sribabahandlooms.com
are non-refundable.
5. Shipping for Replacement
If a replacement is approved, we will guide you through the return process of the damaged product.
Replacement shipping will be arranged as per our internal policy.
6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted.
